By signing up as a Driver, uploading documents, or using the Nithra Ride Driver App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM DRIVERS

• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Mobile Number
• Email Address (optional)

1.2 Driver Verification Details

To ensure safety and compliance:

• Driving Licence (Front & Back)
• Aadhar / Any Government ID
• Police Verification Certificate (if applicable)
• Live Photo / Selfie
• Emergency Contact Details

1.3 Driver Profile & Banking

• Profile Photo
• Bank Account Number
• IFSC Code
• UPI ID
• PAN Card Number (if required for payouts)

We do NOT store full debit card or credit card details.

1.4 Location Information

We collect Driver location to:

• Allocate nearest rides
• Track trips for safety
• Verify live trip status
• Improve trip accuracy

Location is collected only when:

• Driver App is running
• Driver is online
• A trip is active

1.5 Device Information

To improve app security and performance:

• Operating system

The platform must not be used by individuals under 18 years as drivers.
